How to Request a Change

Contact our support team to request a payout account change.

What We’ll Need

To verify and process your request, please provide:
  • Your store name
  • The new bank account details (account number and sort code)
  • Confirmation you’re authorised to make this change

Processing Time

Payout account changes are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive confirmation once the update is complete.
For security reasons, payout account changes cannot be made directly in the dashboard and require verification by our team.
