Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password:- Go to dashboard.storekit.com
- Click Forgot password? (or go directly to the reset page)
- Enter your email address
- Click Send reset email
- Check your email for the reset link
- Click the link and enter your new password
Password reset links expire. If yours has expired, you’ll see “Reset timed out, please request a new password reset” - simply request a new link.

Your password must be at least 6 characters long.Not Receiving Reset Emails?
If the reset email doesn’t arrive:- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify you’re using the correct email address (the one you registered with)
- Wait a few minutes - emails can sometimes be delayed
- Request another reset link
