Discount Settings

Creating a Discount
- Go to Discounts in your dashboard
- Click Add Discount
- Choose the discount type
- Configure settings and restrictions
- Save and activate
Troubleshooting
Can’t create a discount
- Discount code must be at least 3 characters
- Use only letters and numbers
- Remove any spaces at the beginning or end
Discount says it can’t be used today
Check that your discount availability settings include the current day. Discounts can be limited to specific days of the week.Customer says code isn’t working
Verify:- The discount hasn’t reached its redemption limit
- The order meets the minimum spend requirement
- The order type (dine-in/takeaway/delivery) is eligible
- The discount is within its valid date range
