Request Import
Contact storekit support or use the menu import option in your dashboard to request an import from your delivery platform.

Provide Your Listing URL
Share the URL of your restaurant on the delivery platform (e.g., your Deliveroo restaurant page).

Review Imported Menu
Once imported, review the menu in your dashboard. Check that categories, products, prices, and modifiers are correct.

Enhance Your Menu
Add high-quality images, update descriptions, and add any missing allergen information. Imported menus may not include all details.
Sync from POS

CSV Import
For bulk import from a spreadsheet:- Download the CSV template from Menu > Import
- Fill in your products with names, prices, descriptions, and categories
- Upload the completed CSV file
- Review and confirm the import
Build Manually
To create your menu from scratch:- Go to Menu in the dashboard
- Create Categories to organise your products (e.g., Starters, Mains, Drinks)
- Add Products to each category with name, price, description, and image
- Set up Modifier Groups for customisation options (sizes, toppings, sides)
- Add Allergen & Dietary information for each product
Quick Tips
- Images matter - Products with photos convert significantly better. See Product Photography.
- Front-load descriptions - Only the first ~60 characters show on the menu list.
- Allergens are required - In the UK and EU, allergen information is a legal requirement.
After Import
Whichever method you use, review your menu before going live:- All products have correct prices
- Images are high-quality and appetising
- Modifiers have correct min/max settings
- Allergen information is complete and accurate
- Products are in the right categories and order
